While most auctions have phone inspections available to answer additional questions (for 1500 JPY), and some of the USS auctions offer an additional photo service (for 1500 JPY), some customers may need to see or know more than is covered by these options.

For 5,000 JPY our agents can visit the car in person, take high definition photos and videos, and answer your questions.
We will either Email or send the photos via WhatsApp (preferred) in time to enter a bid based on that information.
While we deal only with reputable auctions, from time to time they can overlook something. We highly recommend this service for customers buying older but the service is also advised for very valuable vehicles.
